Shipping costs are free within Jabodetabek for all our products!

We have a variety of in stock and pre-order items, so that we can give you a wide range of designs and sizes possible.

In-stock items ship within 5-10 business days maximum, and pre-order items ship in 10-12 weeks.

We constantly work closely with our shipping partners to make sure your items ship on time. However, shipping times have been unpredictable during the Covid-19 pandemic and there are delays occasionally.

Defects:
We will pick-up the item free of charged if you are returning your rug due to defects. Please note that the following are not considered defects:

• Shedding on new rugs
• Variations in color between the actual product and image on screen
• Small size differences of up to 5% which may occur especially for handmade rugs
