Are all rugs ready stock?
Some collections are available ready stock in Jakarta, while others are indent from our official distributors overseas. Indent orders take approximately 10–12 weeks after 50% pre-payment.

Do the rug colors look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to show accurate colors, but shades may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen display.

Can I request a custom size?
Not at the moment. All sizes follow the manufacturer’s standards, but our team can help you find the best size to suit your space.

How can I purchase a rug from Loom & Stone?
You can place your order directly through our website, or contact our team via WhatsApp for assistance and consultation.

Can I try the rug at home before purchasing?
Yes. Our Home Trial program is available for Jabodetabek area — you can borrow up to 3 days with a deposit of IDR 500,000 per item and transport fee if the rug is not purchased.

Do you have a showroom?
We don’t have a public showroom, but you’re welcome to visit us for a private viewing by appointment at our office in South Jakarta.

When will my rug be shipped?
For ready stock items, we ship after full payment is received.
For indent orders, we’ll ship once the rug arrives in Jakarta and the remaining payment has been completed.

How does the payment process work?
For indent orders, payments are made in two stages:

  • 50% pre-payment to process your order

  • 50% balance after the rug arrives in Jakarta, before delivery

We accept bank transfers and other digital payment methods.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a rug?
We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. The rug must be unused and in its original packaging.

Do you sell other home products besides rugs?
No. Loom & Stone focuses exclusively on curated rugs from Loloi Rugs and Lorena Canals.

Can you help me choose the right rug for my space?
Absolutely. Our team is happy to help you find a rug that fits your room’s size, color scheme, and style.
